The following hospital and health system executive moves were reported by Becker's Hospital Review in the last week. They are listed below, beginning with the most recent.

1. Easton (Pa.) Hospital CEO John Zidansek resigned, after three years at the helm of the hospital.

2. Rutherfordton, N.C.-based Rutherford Regional Health System, a part of Brentwood, Tenn.-based Duke LifePoint Healthcare, appointed Rebecca Segal CEO, effective Jan. 16, 2017.

3. Michael T. Rowan, president of health system delivery and COO of Englewood, Colo.-based Catholic Health Initiatives, will depart from his role at the end of the year.

4. Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Parkridge Health System named Thomas H. Ozburn CEO, effective Feb. 1, 2017.

5. Oswego (N.Y.) Health CEO Chuck Gijanto is leaving his post.

6. Danville, Pa.-based Geisinger Health System selected Gerald Maloney, DO, to serve as CMO of Geisinger Hospitals.

7. Bear Valley Community Hospital in Big Bear Lake, Calif., appointed Kerri Jex, RN, MSN, CNO.

8. Fall River, Mass.-based Saint Anne's Hospital promoted Carole A. Billington, RN, MSN, to the COO position.

9. Cleveland (Okla.) Area Hospital tapped Edred Benton to serve as both CEO and CFO of the organization.

10. Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center in Windsor, Vt., appointed Joseph Perras, MD, CEO, effective Jan. 11, 2017.

11. Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based Adventist Health System promoted Lars Houmann to COO, effective immediately.

12. State College, Pa.-based Mount Nittany Health named Kathleen Rhine president and CEO, effective Jan. 30.

13. Beaufort (S.C.) Memorial Hospital appointed Ken Miller CFO.
