11 latest hospital, health system CEO moves

Becker's Hospital Review reported the following hospital and health system CEO moves in the last week.

They are listed below, in alphabetical order.

1. Springfield, Ill.-based Hospital Sisters Health System appointed Andrew J. Bagnall president and CEO of Eau Claire, Wis.-based HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital and HSHS' Western Wisconsin Division.

2. Pawnee Valley Community Hospital in Larned, Kan., selected Kendra Barker, BSN, MSN, RN, to serve as interim CEO.

3. Manatt Health, an advisory healthcare practice, welcomed former Houston-based Memorial Hermann Health System CEO Benjamin K. Chu, MD, to its New York City office.

4. Porter Health Care System in Valparaiso, Ind., named Sean Dardeau CEO.

5. Fort Wayne, Ind.-based St. Joseph Hospital selected Karen Fordham to serve as CEO, effective Jan. 22.

6. Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in Ronceverte, W. Va., hired Jim Hobson as CEO.

7. Livingston (Mont.) HealthCare CEO Bren Lowe is resigning for a new job opportunity.

8. William Russell, CEO of Three Rivers (Mich.) Health, resigned.

9. South Lincoln Medical Center in Kemmerer, Wyo., named Karl Sundberg CEO.

10. Blair, Neb.-based Memorial Community Hospital & Health System selected Manuela Wolf, BSN, RN, to serve as president and CEO, effective March 7.

11. Chicago-based University of Illinois Hospital and Clinics named Michael Zenn CEO, effective Feb. 1, pending approval from the University of Illinois' board of trustees.
