The following hospital and health system executive moves were reported by Becker's Hospital Review in the last week. They are listed below, beginning with the most recent.

1. J. Phil Harrop was named interim president of Saint Alphonsus Medical Center - Baker City (Ore.), according to an Idaho Press-Tribune report.

2. Richard Cleland, who was removed as CEO of Buffalo, N.Y.-based Erie County Medical Center last year, is the administrator of Ira Davenport Memorial and system vice president of post acute services for Elmira, N.Y.-based Arnot Health, which operates Ira Davenport Memorial, along with two other small hospitals and three nursing homes, reports The Buffalo News.

3. St. Ignace, Mich.-based Mackinac Straits Health System named Karen Cheeseman succeeding CEO to Rodney Nelson.

4. Richmond, Va.-based HCA Virginia's Retreat Doctors' Hospital named Nancy Boykin CNO, The Progress-Index reports.

5. Silver City, N.M.-based Gila Regional Medical Center tapped Alfredo Ontiveros, former CEO of Gila Regional, as interim CEO, Silver City Daily Press reports.

6. Nashville, Tenn.-based Saint Thomas Health named Shalin Shah CFO of Saint Thomas Midtown and Saint Thomas West hospitals in Nashville, effective Jan. 1.

7. Belleville, Ill.-based Hospital Sisters Health System St. Elizabeth's Hospital appointed Elizabeth Govero CNO, Belleville News-Democrat reports. 

8. Tammy Albright, BSN, the CNO of Greenville, Tenn.-based Takoma Regional Hospital, was promoted to president of the hospital.

9. Pomeroy, Wash.-based Garfield County Hospital District named Brenda Parnell interim CEO, The Lewiston Tribune reports.

10. Beth Hughes left her post this week as president of Boston-based Steward Health Care System's flagship hospital after about a year, The Boston Globe reports.
