Darrell Lentz has stepped down from his position as president and CEO of McLaren Bay Region, the Bay City, Mich.-based hospital said in a March 4 news release sent to Becker's.

HCA Florida North Florida Hospital in Gainesville has reportedly fired its vice president of surgical services and a number of other employees connected to the facility's sterile processing department. The news comes after the hospital suspended elective procedures earlier this year to address equipment sterilization issues. 

Lisa Goodlett joined Durham, N.C.-based Duke University Health System as CFO March 4.

Memorial Hospital of Carbon County in Rawlins, Wyo., has tapped Margaret Fontana as CFO.
