CFO Terry Scoggin: First-Time Healthcare CFO Excels at Titus Regional Medical Center

This past June, Terry Scoggin joined Titus Regional Medical Center in Mount Pleasant, Texas, as CFO — marking his first professional role as a healthcare CFO.

Terry Scoggin is CFO of Titus Regional Medical Center.Mr. Scoggin oversees the financial planning, accounting and revenue cycle initiatives at TRMC, which is a 174-bed district hospital. Previously, he was a vice president and trust officer at Guaranty Bond Bank, also in Mount Pleasant, where he reviewed financial statements and developed investment solutions for the bank's clients.

Mr. Scoggin has only been on the job for a little more than three months, but TRMC officials brought him in for his unique banking experience and to insert a jolt of energy into the hospital's executive team.

"Terry has a proven track record of enhancing financial performance, building strong teams and successfully communicating fiscal concepts into actionable policies and procedures," TRMC CEO Ron Davis said in a news release. "We look forward to utilizing Terry's skills to position Titus Regional Medical Center for greater success and continued growth."
