Prior to becoming a hospital CEO, Mr. van Grinsven served in the luxury hospitality industry and has 25 years of experience in that area. Under Mr. van Grinsven's leadership, Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital has been on budget and has gained market share from its competition in the region, according to a letter on the hospital's website.
