Demo day at Y Combinator, the Mountain View, Calif.-based startup accelerator that nurtured companies like Airbnb, Reddit, and Dropbox in their early days, is like fashion week for the tech world.

Of the more than 100 companies that made their debut at Demo Day 2016, here are 14 healthcare-related startups of note, according to TechCrunch.

  1. Nurx streamlines the birth control process for patients, including electronic physician prescription approval and home delivery free-of-charge.
  2. Stitch is a messaging platform for healthcare practitioners that integrates with EHRs.
  3. Able Health aims to make it easier for medical groups to get paid with detailed patient tracking.
  4. CareSkore helps hospitals follow up with the patients at the most ideal times to detect recovery complications.
  5. Spinal Singularity is developing a minimally invasive catheter that controls urine flow through a magnetic valve and can be inserted or extracted at home.
  6. DoseDr is a mobile app that tells diabetes patients their exact blood sugar levels so they know precisely how much insulin to take.
  7. HistoWiz is working to streamline the cancer research process by creating a tissue sample database that scientists can access remotely.
  8. Loop Genomics is creating a platform for DNA sequencing that could extrapolate more information from samples than previous methods.
  9. X-Zell is a blood test that separates healthy cells from potentially cancerous cells to detect cancer early on.
