Six "smart" activity trackers were among the products honored by the CES Innovation Awards program at this year's Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.
CES, which takes place Jan. 8-11, is one of the largest consumer technology conferences worldwide. Each year the conference selects honorees in various categories — such as gaming, smart cities and virtual reality — as part of its CES Innovation Awards program, which "celebrates outstanding product design and engineering in brand-new consumer technology products."
The six activity trackers honored at the conference, listed in alphabetical order by developer:
1. Fitbit: Charge 3
2. Garmin International: vivosmart 4
3. Motiv: Motiv Ring
4. Partron: Urban BP
5. Samsung Electronics America: Galaxy Watch
6. Withings: ECG Watch
Activity trackers and smartwatches were listed in the award's "fitness, sports and biotech" and "wearables" categories.
