What C-suite executives are asking about telehealth programs

Staff -

As healthcare organizations respond to the rising consumer demand for telehealth services, healthcare executives have questions regarding the strategy and logistics of such offerings.

Integrating telehealth services is still a relatively new process, so many healthcare organizations have questions on best practices and strategies for implementing telehealth programs.

A recent survey regarding attitudes and familiarity with telehealth uncovered key questions C-suite health system executives had about telehealth programs, including how to align telehealth as a strategic asset, the short- and long-term benefits of a telehealth program, training within a telehealth program and how telehealth fits into the care continuum.

Industry experts will answer these common questions and more in an upcoming webinar. Judd E. Hollander, MD, associate dean for strategic health initiatives at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and vice chair for finance and healthcare enterprises at the university; Thomas Heatherington, managing director of digital health strategy at Accenture; and Alan Roga, MD, senior vice president and general manager of the provider market at Teladoc, will share their insights with webinar attendees.
