San Jose, Calif.-based Vocera has secured the largest contract in its history — a $14 million agreement with the U.S. Department of Defense.
Through the contract, Vocera will equip healthcare workers with its wireless communication solution in 23 U.S. Army Medical Command facilities. Deployment will begin this month. Vocera's communication platform allows healthcare workers to connect with each other and integrates more than 120 clinical systems.
