US Army Regional Health Command-Pacific deploys Vocera tech at 3 facilities

The U.S. Army Regional Health Command-Pacific awarded Vocera Communications a $2.8 million contract to deploy its clinical communication and workflow solutions to three military facilities, the company announced Jan. 3.

Under the contract, Tripler Army Medical Center and Schofield Barracks Health Clinic, both based in Honolulu, will expand their use of the company's wearable technology. Seoul, South Korea-based Brian Allgood Army Community Hospital will deploy Vocera's solutions for the first time.
