In total, participants weighed in on their experiences and satisfaction with 142 IT consultancies and advisers supporting value-based care transformation and strategy.
Black Book's poll measures customer satisfaction across 20 performance indicators, including level of advisory expertise on the subject matter, engagement successes and return on investment.
