1. Uber Health launched a new partnership with Grand Rounds, a San Francisco-based health tech startup connecting patients to care, to provide no-cost rides to medical appointments through employee benefit programs.

2. After disclosing a March data breach that exposed millions of patients' health information, the American Medical Collection Agency has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
