Pa. health system CIO hit by car, driver faces felony charge

Sharon (Pa.) Regional Health System CIO Donna Walters was struck by a vehicle Wednesday night, according to a WKBN report.

She was crossing the street on her way to the hospital parking lot when she was hit by an SUV driven by Courtney Norris.

Sharon Police Chief Gerald Smith told WKBN Ms. Walters was taken to the emergency room with what appeared to be multiple broken bones.

The driver will face felony charges for causing an injury while driving with a suspended license.
