Ovuline raises $10M, rebrands as 'Ovia Health'

Morgan Haefner -

Boston-based women's healthcare technology company Ovuline secured $10 million in funding and rebranded as "Ovia Health" to reflect a larger commitment to women's and family health.

The $10 million will help Ovia Health extend its maternity benefits solutions to employers and insurers. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Activision Blizzard, Optum and General Electric are included in the entities that will gain access to the solutions.

All of Ovia Health's mobile apps, including Ovia Fertility, Ovia Pregnancy and Ovia Parenting, were renamed as a part of the rebranding.
