Outcome Health taps Publicis Health advertising exec as CEO

Julie Spitzer -

Outcome Health — the Chicago-based health technology company that became wrapped up in a legal battle when advertisers and investors claimed they were mislead about the company's performance  — hired Matt McNally of Publicis Health as CEO, concluding its monthslong search June 14, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Mr. McNally currently serves as group president and chief media officer of Publicis Health, a healthcare communications company owned by Publicis Group, which halted all advertising on Outcome Health amid the allegations.

Outcome settled the lawsuits in January and then-CEO Rishi Shah and then-President Shradha Agarwal agreed to step down from day-to-day management of the company. The company's COO Nandini Ramini has been serving as CEO in the interim.
