1. American Well appointed Keith Anderson as its CFO.

2. Athenahealth selected Persivia's e-clinical quality measure solution for its inpatient quality reporting program requirements.

3. Cerner will take over the IT department at Medical Center Health System in Odessa, Texas, under an agreement the Ector County Hospital District board of directors approved Aug. 16.
