In partnership with Intel, Amazon hosted a two-day Amazon AI Conclave in Bengaluru, India to showcase and recognize the best and most innovative work in artificial intelligence with the Amazon AI Awards, according to Your Story.
The awards were open to companies that offered business to consumer and business to business AI-enabled solutions that also leveraged one or more AI-based solutions from Amazon Web Services.
Niramai took the prize for the healthcare category. The Bengaluru-based company is developing software that can detect breast cancer at a much earlier stage than traditional methods. Its AI-led diagnostic platform uses thermal image processing and machine learning algorithms to screen for breast cancer.
