Mr. Hays, who has more than 25 years of management and technology experience, previously held a number of IT positions in the Department of Veteran Affairs, including chief technology officer, deputy CIO and director of enterprise systems engineering.
At Merlin International, Mr. Hays will participate in account growth, including sales and solution delivery projects.
