Mr. Kramer assumed his new duties March 9.
Mr. Kramer most recently led the information systems infrastructure at Temple, Texas-based Baylor Scott and White Health. He is a former major in the U.S. Army Signal Corps and also worked as a principal consultant and regional manager at Siemens.
Additionally, Mr. Kramer is a member of HIMSS, CHIME and is certified as a healthcare CIO through CHIME.
