KLAS: 14 population health management vendors, ranked by client satisfaction

HealthEC ranked as the No. 1 population health management vendor by customer satisfaction, according to a KLAS Research report.

KLAS Research polled 500 C-level executives, directors and managers from hospitals and clinics about their experiences with population health management vendors for its report. The research firm sought to assess whether these vendors successfully partner with healthcare organizations to help guide their population health strategy and value-based reimbursement contracting efforts.

"When it comes to achieving success with population health management, good technology is not enough," the report reads. "Vendor partnering and guidance are the X factors provider organizations need to drive success with their value-based reimbursement strategies."

Here are 14 population health management vendors, ranked by overall customer satisfaction. The vendors were scored on a scale of zero to 100, and the number of customers surveyed for each vendor is noted in parentheses.
