Integrity Marketing implements call recording to comply with CMS regulation

Life and health insurance company Integrity Marketing is adding call recording to its MedicareCENTER software.

The technology is used to comply withCMS' recent requirement that Medicare agents record and keep sales calls with clients. Integrity agents will begin using the call recording technology this month, according to a Sept. 9 Integrity Marketing news release.

"When the new call recording requirements were announced by CMS, our technology teams immediately began working on adding telephony solutions to MedicareCENTER that would make it easy for our agents to continue to connect with and serve Americans compliantly," Integrity's co-founder and CEO Bryan W. Adams said in the release "MedicareCENTER already set the industry standard for helping agents work smarter and more effectively. Now that call recording is included as this new free solution in the software, that standard has been raised even higher."
