Clifford W. Illig, vice chairman of Cerner, has sold 20,261 shares of company stock, according to a report from The Legacy.
The shares were sold at an average price of $67.59 each for a total transaction price of approximately $1.36 million.
After the completion of the transaction, Mr. Illig now owns 6,652,392 company shares, according to the report.
