Increasing AI sales prompts Olive to add 100 tech jobs

Jackie Drees -

Olive, an artificial intelligence and robotic process automation company, plans to add 100 technology jobs within the next two years as sales of its AI-powered robot continue to rapidly increase, Columbus Business First reports.

Funding for the 100 new positions will come from Olive's robot sales as well as a $32.8 million financing round the company raised last July. The new jobs will include software and robotic automation engineers as well as roles within product management, marketing, sales and customer service, according to the report.

Using AI technology, the software robot performs repetitive, high-volume healthcare administrative tasks, like checking insurance eligibility and scheduling appointments.

Hospitals that have already implemented Olive's robot include OhioHealth and Nationwide Children's Hospital, both based in Columbus, Ohio.
