Mr. Penner also learned the imposter sent somewhat inappropriate messages to hospital employees. In response, Mr. Penner informed employees of the imposter and contacted Facebook about the fake account. However, Facebook has yet to remove it from the site, according to the report.

According to the report, anyone who has trouble getting defamatory information removed from social media sites, like Facebook, should contact their state’s attorney general’s office.
