KLAS gave three IT companies "Best in KLAS" awards for their payer solutions in its 2018 "Best in KLAS: Software & Services" report.
The annual report, published Jan. 30, is based on customer feedback gathered through nearly 2,500 interviews with payers and providers.
Here are the three payer solutions categories KLAS evaluated for its report, including their respective rankings. Vendors were scored on a scale of zero to 100.
Care management solutions
- Casenet's TruCare took Best in KLAS (76.7)
- Medecision's Aerial (68)
- Cognizant's CareAdvance Enterprise (53.3)
Payer claims and administration platforms
- Health Solutions Plus' MediTrac took Best in KLAS (82.6)
- Cognizant's Trizetto Core Claims/ Administration Solutions (72.8)
- Citra Health Solutions' EZ-CAP (61.5)
- DST Health Solutions' Core Clams/ Administration Solutions (56.5)
Payer Quality Analytics
- Change Healthcare's Quality Performance Advisor took Best in KLAS (85.1)
- Verscend's Quality Intelligence (82)
- MedInsight's Platform (80)
- Inovalon's Quality Spectrum (74.6)
- General Dynamics IT's SourceMeasures (71.4)
