The Google IT Support Professional Certificate does not require any prior experience in IT. The online course includes 64-plus hours of video lectures as well as a mix of hands-on labs and other interactive sessions. The program focuses on troubleshooting and customer service, networking, operating systems, system administration, automation and security. Google professionals will teach the course.
The program will also allow those who earn the certificate to share their information directly with top employers, including UPMC, Bank of America and Infosys.
