1. Albany, Ga.-based Phoebe Putney Health System went live on its new MEDITECH EHR Oct. 1.

2. Judy Faulkner, founder of Verona, Wis.-based Epic, was named to the 2015 Forbes 400 list of the wealthiest Americans.
