Electronic health record vendors with low numbers of attestations for eligible providers generally have higher user satisfaction scores than EHR vendors with high numbers of attestations, according to 2013 meaningful use attestation data.

AmericanEHR Partners, through a collaboration with the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, has provided attestation data in an easy-to-read format.

According to the data, EHR vendors such as Allscripts and athenahealth had satisfaction scores that ranged between 3.5 and 3.7, on a scale of 1 to 5.
