Athenahealth launched athenaInsight, a daily news and data hub focusing on healthcare in the United States. athenaInsight offers a look into successful health systems' practices, public health trends and ways to grow physician leadership and engagement.
The news hub draws upon the activity and trends of more than 80,000 healthcare providers and 81 million de-identified patients on the athenahealth network. As part of the launch, athenaInsight investigated opioid prescribing trends on a national scale.
