Amazon partners with blockchain developer

Ternio, a blockchain developer, became an Amazon Advanced APN Technology partner.

The partnership allows Amazon AWS clients to use Ternio's Lexicon blockchain and deploy the scalable solution within cloud-based environments. Ternio's patent-pending Lexicon platform is recognized as one of the few scalable blockchains capable of supporting one million transactions per second.

Organizations continue to look for strategies and technologies to increase efficiencies, boost transparency and benefit data storage. While many turned to blockchain, the technology was not always a scalable solution.

Terino's blockchain is designed for internal and external supply chains that use large data sets or large volumes of small data sets.

The company is one of five blockchain companies to become an Amazon Advanced APN Technology partner.
