Additionally, under the partnership, Rush University System for Health will expand its collaboration with Suki to implement its AI-powered assistant across its entire health system. Following a successful pilot, the Chicago-based academic health system is scaling up its use of Suki’s AI Assistant to reduce administrative burdens for clinicians and enhance patient care, according to a March 3 news release.
The AI assistant, which has already been deployed across 28 specialties at Rush, helps clinicians by automating tasks such as ambient documentation, coding suggestions, patient summaries and real-time Q&A. According to Rush, the technology has significantly improved efficiency, allowing providers to focus more on patient interactions rather than paperwork.
