The startups will compete for the chance to present to a panel of judges, comprised of senior executives from life sciences and health companies.

Startups can enter the challenge in any of the four categories:

•    'Help ME have easier access to healthcare': Applicants focus on healthcare challenges of the underserved or remote populations.
•    'Help ME get better faster': Applicants focus on how services can be provided to support care plan adherence and improved outcomes.
•    'Help ME better manage my health': Applicants focus on getting the right health information and services to consumers at the right time.
•    'Help keep MY information private and secure': Applicants focus on privacy and security issues.

The final judging round will take place at the StartUp Health Festival in San Francisco during the JP Morgan Healthcare Conference on Jan. 9, 2017.
