The following health IT vendor contracts and go-lives were announced within the past week.

1. Millinocket (Maine) Regional Hospital selected MEDHOST's Emergency Department Information System to improve provider communication and ensure accurate billing to drive revenue.

2. Valhalla, N.Y.-based Westchester Medical Center Health Network contracted with Royal Philips to provide a range of clinical and business consulting services and medical technologies to improve care across the continuum.

3. Portland-based Oregon Health & Science University launched a digital system developed in-house alongside tech startup Vynca to deliver end-of-life medical care to patients.

4. Nemours Children's Health System, based in Jacksonville, Fla., partnered with telehealth provider American Well to offer patients online video visits.

5. The Colorado Department of Healthcare Policy and Financing awarded Truven Health Analytics an $86 million contract for business intelligence and data management services.

6. The Defense Logistics Agency awarded McKesson a $6.1 billion contract modification to replenish pharmaceutical supplies for the Department of Defense through the government's Tricare pharmacy.

7. Parkersburg, W. Va.-based Mountain River Physical Therapy selected PracticeInsight, a cloud-based EMR and billing software by Clinicient.

8. Cleveland Clinic partnered with American Well to offer telemedicine services.
