Eight recent health information technology vendor contracts and go-lives:

1. White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles, part of the Adventist Health system, has improved its operating room turnaround time by approximately 10 percent by implementing a workflow-optimizing mobile app system that combined offerings from Zebra Technologies and clinical logistics software company Tagnos.

2. Mount Sinai Health System has tapped Burlington, N.C.-based LabCorp to lead the integration of Philips' IntelliSite Pathology Solution into the New York City-based health system's hospitals.

3. Duluth, Minn.-based St. Luke's Health Care System recently deployed a Meditech Expanse EHR.

4. New Albany, Ind.-based Baptist Health Floyd hospital launched a multimillion-dollar Epic EHR.

5. The North Dakota Health Information Network, the state's health information exchange, is partnering with population health management company Orion Health.

6. Pittsburgh-based Gateway Health Plan launched a pilot program to offer Pacify, a telehealth mobile application, to new and expectant mothers enrolled in Pennsylvania's Medicaid program.

7. Billings (Mont.) Clinic partnered with Blue Sky Telehealth, a neurological virtual care company, to provide neurology and stroke care during the hospital's overnight hours.

8. Allegheny Health Network is partnering with Mercy Virtual, a telehealth services provider, to develop a new virtual care model for critically ill patients.
