8 blockchain deals, releases to know

More companies continue to invest their dollars in blockchain initiatives. Below is a list of companies that have inked blockchain-focused deals or launched new blockchain systems. 

1. Austin, Texas-based Intiva Health announced Nov. 12 that it has finalized its blockchain-powered credentialing and career management solution, Ready Doc.  

2. Mastercard has teamed up with Envisible to roll out its blockchain system to better track food.

3. Hyperledger, an open source collaborative effort to advance blockchain technologies, announced Nov. 5 that it has launched its Hyperledger Certified Service Provider program.  

4. Las Vegas-based A-Medicare has launched a new platform that leverages artificial intelligence, blockchain and machine learning to make healthcare and its data more accessible. 

5. Microsoft Innovation Center has partnered with aeternity, an open source blockchain, to support blockchain workshops.

6. In a partnership with R3, Accenture plans to create a blockchain-based settlement system that will empower faster, more efficient, reliable and secure payments. 

7. Technology giant IBM has teamed up with TBCASoft and software developer SoftBank to design a blockchain-based communication system. 

8. Applied Statistics & Management has released its blockchain platform Checksome to improve the credentialing process.
