Here are five recent health IT vendor contracts and go-lives.

1. Cordele, Ga.-based Crisp Regional Health will deploy Cerner's EHR and revenue cycle management solutions across its acute, ambulatory and post-acute facilities, the health IT vendor confirmed May 16.

2. The University of Alabama at Birmingham Medicine introduced a patient navigation application built with Connexient's MediNavTM Navigator Edition 2.0 wayfinding system.

3. Faith Regional Health Services in Norfolk, Neb., plans to implement an Epic EHR during the next 18 months.

4. Atlanta-based Emory Healthcare will continue to offer its patients remote intensive care unit services as part of a telehealth partnership with Royal Perth Hospital in Australia and Philips.

5. CORHIO, a health information exchange in Colorado, tapped Verato to provide patient matching services, Verato announced May 15.
