Here are 12 recent health information technology vendor contracts and go-lives affecting healthcare organizations.

1. Fort Bragg, Calif.-based Mendocino Coast District Hospital has indefinitely delayed installation of its new $4 million Meditech EHR over a misunderstanding regarding contract expectations between the vendor and the hospital.

2. Utica, N.Y.-based Mohawk Valley Health System deployed an Epic EHR June 29.

3. The Cerner EHR implementation at Washington's Department of Social and Health Services is currently delayed as the state negotiates its $32 million contract with the EHR vendor.

4. Renton, Wash.-based Providence St. Joseph Health will launch Microsoft Azure as well as some of the technology giant's artificial intelligence tools to help manage the health system's electronic health data.
