When booking hotel accommodations, please note that Becker's Healthcare has NOT not contracted with any third-party housing service or bureau. All hotel room reservations for conference attendees and exhibitors should be made directly with the Hyatt Regency Chicago or, in the case that the Hyatt Regency Chicago is sold out, on your own directly through a hotel.
We have been made aware of unauthorized housing and hotel reservation services that may solicit your business. They may say the conference hotel block is sold out or indicate that they can book you a room at a better rate. THIS IS A SCAM! All legitimate communications regarding housing will come directly from Becker's Healthcare. Using unauthorized reservation services may threaten your credit card security.
If you receive a suspicious email or phone call asking to book your hotel room for the conference, please let us know immediately. How do I get to the hotel room from the airport?
Chicago has two airports - O'Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW), which are both 15-20 miles from Downtown Chicago. Taxi service is readily available from both airports and runs about $35 one way. Depending on the time of day, a cab will take approximately 30 minutes.
The Chicago subway system, known as the 'L,' provides service directly from O'Hare to Downtown Chicago via the Blue Line and from Midway to Downtown Chicago via the Orange Line for $2.25 each way. The 'L' will take approximately 40 minutes from the airport to Downtown Chicago.
GO Airport Express offers airport shuttle services between Chicago area locations and O'Hare and Midway Airports. Efficient, safe, and economical airport shuttles depart from O'Hare and Midway Airports every 15 minutes for Chicago downtown and many suburban locations. Set up: Wednesday, September 20th, 2017 from 12:00pm CST - 5:00pm CST
Tear down: Friday, September 22nd, 2017 from 6:00pm CST to 8:00pm CST

What happens if I teardown early?
Any exhibitor who chooses to dismantle outside of the dedicated tear down times will be prohibited from selecting a preferred booth location at next year’s meeting.
Where and when do I send my booth?
Please ship your booth and other conference items to the warehouse at the address below between 8/23 and 9/12. Any materials arriving after 9/12 will incur additional charges from Freeman.

Will there be a company on-site to help set up the booths?
If you'd like to hire a company to provide this service, you are welcome to do so at your own expense. If you are considering this, please email email@example.com for specific regulations and requirements associated with this service.
Can my booth host a raffle?
Absolutely! We encourage all booths to host a raffle on Thursday or Friday evenings to encourage attendees to stop by and leave business cards. If you plan on participating in a raffle, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We would be more than happy to give you more information and begin coordinating logistics.
What should I wear?
Business casual dress is recommended. Chicago's average weather in September is 60-70 degrees; however, this can fluctuate dramatically.
How can I purchase my electricity and internet for my booth?
You will order directly through the hotel using the Order Form provided in the Exhibitor Kit, which you will receive via email approximately 45 days prior to the conference. Please note, neither electricity nor internet are included with your booth. Also note, Becker's does not hire an onsite company to assist with booth setup and tear down. Please let us know if you require this service and we can recommend local companies. Our staff will be on hand and happy to assist, as well.
