Value-based services organizations ink 20-year agreement

Global Healthcare Alliance, which manages value-based reimbursement programs for various clinical specialties on behalf of U.S. healthcare organizations, extended its relationship with Houston-based value-based care delivery organization CardioVascular Care Providers.

This extended partnership comes via a new 20-year agreement, under which GHA will continue to provide CVCP with analytics, operating structure and technologies, the organizations said in a news release. That includes GHA's value-based claims adjudication technology, Axia.

GHA President and CEO John Adams said of the new agreement, "CVCP sets the standard as a successful, prospective value-based care program. We've been fortunate to work with an organization that has sustained clinical and financial success through its prospective value-based care delivery model. We look forward to continued success and a long-term partnership as we expand the CVCP network statewide."
