Argos Health is the top vendor for complex claims solutions, according to a Black Book survey of hospital CFOs and other business managers.
Market and public opinion researcher Black Book surveyed more than 1,110 CFOs, financial management and business office managers this year to determine client satisfaction with enterprise complex claims management vendors.
Client satisfaction was measured in 18 key performance indicators, including innovation and optimization, training and education, client relationships and cultural fit and data storage services.
