Atlantic Health System (Morristown, N.J.): 10 percent increase ($2.4 billion, up from $2.2 billion)
Northwell Health (New Hyde Park, N.Y.): 9 percent increase ($9.5 billion, up from $8.7 billion)
NewYork-Presbyterian Healthcare System (New York City): 8.8 percent increase ($7.4 billion, up from $6.8 billion)
Universal Health Services (King of Prussia, Pa.): 9 percent increase ($9.7 billion, up from $9 billion)
Partners HealthCare (Boston)**: 7 percent ($12.5 billion, up from $11.7 billion)
Ascension (St. Louis)*: 6.62 percent increase ($21.9 billion, up from $20.5 billion)
UPMC (Pittsburgh)*: 6 percent increase ($12.8 billion, up from $12.4 billion)
Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, Calif.): 5.3 percent increase ($64.6 billion, up from $60.7 billion)
Tenet Healthcare (Dallas): 5.3 percent increase ($19.6 billion, up from $18.6 billion)
