Palo Alto, Calif.-based Simplee won a Fierce Innovation Award for its healthcare patient financial care technology platform.
Simplee said in a news release its offering "was recognized as an innovative technology platform for healthcare systems to improve care by closing gaps in the patient financial journey."
Hundreds of hospitals and thousands of physician clinics nationwide use the platform. This is the second time Simplee has won the Fierce Innovation Award.
