S&P upgrades Beebe Medical Center's bonds to 'BBB'

S&P Global Ratings upgraded Lewes, Del.-based Beebe Medical Center's series 2015A hospital revenue bonds from 'BBB-" to "BBB."

The upgrade is a result of several factors, including the medical center's strong market position, favorable demographics, increased patient volume and solid financial performance.

The outlook is stable, reflecting S&P's expectation that Beebe Medical Center will continue to report healthy financials.
