RelayHealth introduces new solution to automate actionable claims status responses

RelayHealth Financial has introduced RelayAssurance Status Amplifier, a new software service that automatically tracks down, inspects and reports reasons for non-payment on claims.

The new software service provides actionable claim status information from hundreds of payer portals, according to a news release. It also gathers status information for batch or single claims from payer portals and returns information in standard format and gives providers detailed status information within a day of submission

RelayAssurance Status Amplifier is available now as a standalone SaaS solution or integrated with RelayAssurance Plus claims and remittance management solution.
