Moody's affirms Bellin Memorial Hospital's 'A2' rating

Moody's Investors Service has affirmed Green Bay, Wis.-based Bellin Memorial Hospital's "A2" rating, affecting approximately $60 million of rated debt issued through the Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority.

The rating affirmation is based on a number of factors, including Bellin's track record of profitable operating margins, strong debt coverage ratios and improved liquidity.

These strengths are offset by competition in the Green Bay area and significant exposure to operating leases.

The outlook is stable, reflecting Moody's Investors Service's expectation that Bellin will continue to generate solid operating results and maintain its relative liquidity position.
