Moody's Investors Service affirmed its "A2" revenue bond rating for Bend, Ore.-based St. Charles Health System, affecting $106 million of bonds.
The rating reflects Moody's expectation that the system will maintain good balance sheet measures and strong market position despite high levels of capital spending.
The rating outlook is stable.
