Health Payment Systems taps new leader: 3 things to know

Health Payment Systems, a healthcare technology and services company focused on medical billing, named Terry Rowinski president and CEO.

Here are three things to know.

1. Mr. Rowinski has nearly three decades of technology and business operations experience, according to a news release.

2. He held various roles at Milwaukee-based HPS, starting as CIO in 2014 and becoming president and COO in 2016.

3. He will succeed HPS CEO Jay Fulkerson, who now serves as a strategic advisor and board member for HPS.
