Fitch Ratings has revised Ochsner Clinic Foundation's outlook to stable from positive and assigned an "A-" rating to its $150 million of series 2016 refunding revenue bonds.
OCF is an entity within New Orleans-based Ochsner Health System.
The outlook revision and rating assignment are based on a number of factors, including strong system growth, sustained performance improvement and reduced operating risk.
