Fitch Ratings affirmed the "A-" rating on Clermont, Fla.-based South Lake Hospital's $49.9 million of series 2009A hospital revenue bonds.

The ratings affirmation is based on a variety of factors, including the hospital's manageable debt burden and consistent cash flow.

The outlook is stable.
